R. Kelly Denies Sexually Abusing His Daughter After Documentary Bombshell
R. Kelly’s daughter Buku Abi accused him of sexually abusing her in a documentary titled R. Kelly’s Karma: A Daughter’s Journey. Kelly’s legal professional Jennifer Bonjean stated he “vehemently denies these allegations” in response to the doc, which premiered on Friday (October 11).
“His ex-wife made the identical allegation years in the past, and it was investigated by the Illinois Division of Kids & Household Providers and was unfounded,” Kelly’s lawyer stated. “And the ‘filmmakers,’ whoever they’re, didn’t attain out to Mr. Kelly or his group to even enable him to disclaim these hurtful claims.”
TVEI launched R. Kelly’s Karma: A Daughter’s Journey as a two-part documentary. Abi, who was born Joann Kelly, stated her father molested her when she was 8 or 9 years previous.
