Supplier tech agency Pinewood Applied sciences Group is making a £33 million acquisition of Dubai-based synthetic intelligence and machine studying firm Seez, with an intention to reinforce its choices to motor retailers.
The takeover follows an preliminary strategic funding in Seez that Pinewood introduced final September.
