Trowell steps down as Hedin MD after twenty years with Mercedes-Benz
Stephen Trowell is bowing out as managing director of Hedin Automotive London.
Trowell was charged with heading up 4 Mercedes-Benz dealerships in April 2023 after the Swedish supplier group purchased from Mercedes-Benz Retail Group in late 2022 in an effort to increase its core model.
“It’s with a heavy coronary heart that I will likely be leaving my position as managing director of Hedin Automotive on 31 July 2024,” he wrote on LinkedIn.
“I’ve labored for Mercedes-Benz for 20 years and I’m extremely pleased with what we have now achieved collectively throughout that point,” he added. “I’ve had the chance to work with so many inspirational individuals who have motivated me to carry out to my finest and helped to form my skilled character.”
Earlier than becoming a member of Hedin, he was market space director for the Mercedes-Benz Retail Group following numerous gross sales director and common supervisor roles inside Mercedes-Benz Retail Group dealerships.
