Factor Celebrates “Mega” Fleet Win – Operations
Factor Fleet Administration Corp. introduced a five-year settlement with Rentokil Terminix, the North American division of Rentokil Preliminary plc, to supply companies and financing to its 21,000-plus car fleet within the U.S., in accordance with a Dec. 19 announcement.
“We’re honored that Rentokil Terminix has chosen to develop their North American relationship with Factor, making us their sole U.S. supplier of fleet administration companies and financing,” stated Jay Forbes, president and CEO of Factor. “Rentokil, the worldwide chief in pest management companies, represents Factor’s largest ‘mega’ fleet win since initiating our pivot to development in 2021.”
Rentokil Preliminary plc has been a long-standing consumer of Factor, the corporate stated. With its latest acquisition of Terminix, the corporate determined to consolidate the financing and administration of its complete U.S. car fleet beneath one fleet administration firm and selected Factor as that supplier.
